Non-Refundable Policy for Social Media Bundles

This policy applies to all social media bundles, website bundles, content creation packages, business launch packages and digital marketing support purchased from Beauty Perfections.

By purchasing a social media bundle or paying a deposit, you agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.

Social Media Bundle Deposits

All deposits for social media bundles are non-refundable.

​

Deposits secure your booking and cover planning time, administration, content preparation, design work, copywriting preparation, strategy planning, research and time reserved in our schedule.

Once a deposit has been paid, work may begin immediately.

​

Full Payments

​

Full payments for social media bundles are non-refundable once any work has started.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Planning your content

• Writing captions

• Designing posts

• Creating templates

• Preparing strategy documents

• Researching your business or industry

• Creating website or social media copy

• Preparing launch content

• Editing graphics

• Scheduling work time

• Sending drafts, templates or digital files

Digital Products and Custom Work

Social media bundles are custom digital services created specifically for your business.

​

Because of this, payments are non-refundable once work has started, files have been created, designs have been prepared, drafts have been sent or digital content has been delivered.

Client Responsibility

To complete your bundle, you may need to provide information such as:

• Business name

• Logo

• Brand colours

• Photos

• Treatment/course details

• Prices

• Offers

• Contact information

• Website links

• Social media handles

• Any wording you want included

Delays caused by missing information, late replies or incomplete details do not make the package refundable.

Revisions

Your package may include a reasonable number of small amendments, depending on the bundle purchased.

Major changes, full redesigns, change of direction, new branding, new offers, new treatments, or rewriting completed work may be charged separately.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel after booking, your deposit and any payments already made may be retained to cover time, preparation, work completed and lost availability.

If no work has started and cancellation rights apply by law, we will handle this in line with your statutory rights.

No Guarantee of Sales or Followers

Social media bundles are designed to support your business marketing and improve your online presence.

Beauty Perfections does not guarantee:

• Sales

• Bookings

• Followers

• Viral content

• Engagement

• Enquiries

• Income

• Business growth

• Specific results from adverts or posts

Your results depend on many factors including your offer, pricing, audience, consistency, location, demand, branding, budget and ongoing marketing.

Ownership of Work

Once your bundle has been paid for in full, the final agreed digital content created for you can be used by your business.

Unpaid drafts, unused concepts, templates, strategy methods and internal working files remain the property of Beauty Perfections unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be considered where required by law or where Beauty Perfections agrees in writing.
